Some of you may have noticed the club web site was down for a short time. Seems the site host just disappeared along with our web site. It has become obvious that free site hosting is no longer a viable option. Despite my best efforts to avoid it, I have purchased legitimate web hosting which will cost the club $30.00 per year plus $30.00 per year for our domain name "coosavalleyflyers.org" for a total of $60.00 per year. In my opinion it is still a bargain. Many member read the newsletter via the web site and the members roster is the best way to find out how to contact a fellow member. Our online presence is registered with the AMA and search engines which makes it easy for visitors and potential new members to contact us. It is difficult and time consuming to reconstruct the web site on a new host, therefore now seems to be the time to make the switch to paid hosting as free hosting has become completely unreliable. Thanks for your patients and understanding.

There are still good weekends to fly even during the winter. When the weather's good, come on out.

Remember .. we are now holding club meetings at the field unless otherwise noted in the "Prop Wash Newsletter". I encourage all members to stay active in club affairs and to make use of our class "A" flying field. See ya on the flight line.
